Brooks extended an invitation for Kelce and his Chiefs teammates to sing the song at the grand opening of Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” bar in Nashville.
“It blew me away because I’m sitting there watching it as it’s going down, right?” he added. “I never expected that.”
Brooks even offered to send a private plane for Kelce and up to 10 others.
“Big man, I’m just telling you this. I will be at [the] grand opening if you’re there,” Brooks said. “I’ll send a plane if you want and come and get another shot at the title. If you want to come sing that, I’ll send a plane.”
“So, yes, I’ll be happy to send this invite out to you if you want to try a little ‘Friends in Low Places’ in Friends in Low Places,” Brooks said.
The invitation came after Kelce struggled through lyrics while celebrating with fans at the rally, modifying parts to reference the Chiefs win over the 49ers and quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
