An arrest has been made in connection with the break-in of a Secret Service vehicle outside Naomi Biden’s home in Washington, D.C. Robert Kemp, 19, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft.
Kemp allegedly stole items worth over $1,000 from the vehicle.
Another suspect, a 14-year-old boy, was also involved in carjackings but it’s unclear if he’s connected to the break-in.
Secret Service agents confronted the suspects during the incident, leading to a discharge of a firearm with no reported injuries.
