Zachery Ty Bryan, known for his role in “Home Improvement,” was arrested in La Quinta, California for driving under the influence.
The arrest comes after previous legal issues, including a domestic dispute in July leading to assault charges.
“Deputies assigned to the La Quinta Sheriff’s Station conducted a traffic stop in the area of Washington Street and Calle Tampico in La Quinta on a vehicle suspected of being involved in a recent traffic collision,” Sergeant Wenndy Brito-Gonzalez said.
He received probation and treatment for alcohol/substance abuse following a guilty plea.
“When deputies contacted the driver, they observed indications of impairment, leading to the driver’s arrest for driving under the influence with priors,” she said.
“The driver, later identified as 42-year-old Zachery Bryan, was booked into a Riverside County jail,” Brito-Gonzalez said.
Bryan has a history of legal troubles, with a previous arrest in 2020 for an altercation with his girlfriend.
