Instagram model Corinna Kopf’s Los Angeles home was burglarized, with the burglars entering while she was away.
Authorities were informed, and police are investigating the incident.
“Los Angeles County recently enacted its zero-bail policy, which will allow criminals to return to the streets without posting bail money as they await their day in court,” one report noted.
“The radical measure was a result of pressure from leftist activists who claimed cash bail is racist.”
The thieves’ loot is unknown, and security footage will be reviewed for clues.
This crime adds to the rising criminal events in Los Angeles, which saw a significant increase in various crimes in the year leading up to 2023, partly influenced by the zero-bail policy implemented in Los Angeles County due to pressure from activist groups claiming cash bail is discriminatory.
