Hunter Biden’s iPhone contained pictures and videos of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to the Department of Justice.
Hunter faces 25 years in prison and $750,000 in fines if he is convicted on the three gun charges brought against him by federal prosecutors.
The images were presented in court as evidence that Hunter was allegedly addicted to drugs when he denied drug use on a federal form.
PER DOJ: “During November and December 2018, [Hunter Biden] took multiple photographs of videos apparent cocaine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia."

Federal gun charges were filed by the FBI after they found cocaine residue on a gun pouch he used in 2018.
Prosecutors argue that the evidence against him is strong and deny any political targeting.
“To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun,” prosecutors noted. (Trending: Joe Biden’s Approval Crashes To New Low)
Biden has pleaded not guilty to charges of lying about his drug use on a gun purchase form.
Initially offered a plea deal, it was rejected by a judge, leading to the current felony gun charges.
Hunter also faces tax-related charges in a separate case.
