Huma Abedin, a former aide to Hillary Clinton, has gone public with her relationship with Alex Soros, the son of billionaire George Soros.
Soros is a prominent left-wing activist who funds numerous Democratic and progressive causes.
Alex Soros, who is now heir to his father’s $25 billion foundation, has expressed more politically progressive views than his father and a commitment to funding organizations that support abortion rights and defeat Donald Trump in the next presidential election.

Alex Soros said, “As much as I would love to get money out of politics, as long as the other side is doing it, we will have to do it, too.”
As the head of his father’s foundation, Alex Soros will have significant resources at his disposal to finance Democratic candidates and groups seeking to influence elections, such as an organization in Texas aiming to turn the traditionally Republican state more Democratic.
