The Biden-Harris campaign is launching a series of radio, print and digital ads targeting Black voters in swing states.

Two radio ads highlight the historic appointments of the first Black female Vice President, first Black Defense Secretary, and first Black female Supreme Court Justice under Biden.

The ads emphasize Biden’s promises kept, like record low Black unemployment and student loan forgiveness.

Print ads will run in Black newspapers in battleground states starting February 19th.

A digital ad will focus on Biden’s $7 billion investment in HBCUs during the 2024 NBA x HBCU Classic.

While Biden promised racial justice would be a priority, Democrats failed to pass voting rights or police reform legislation.

Quentin Fulks, Biden-Harris principal deputy campaign director, wrote in a statement, “President Biden and Vice President Harris are delivering on their promises to Black America by ushering in historically low Black unemployment as well as overseeing the fastest creation rate of Black-owned small businesses in decades.”

“We know there is more work to do,” explained Fulks.

“The fundamental choice in this election is between Joe Biden, who wakes up every day thinking about how he can make Americans’ lives better, and Donald Trump, who wakes up every day thinking about how he can make his life better – even if that comes at the expense of hardworking American people,” they concluded.

The new ads come as Biden and Harris see falling approval among Black voters in polls.

The campaign argues Biden works for Americans’ well-being while Trump only cares about himself.
