Freed Israeli hostages Fernando Simon Marman, 61, and Louis Har, 70, were rescued by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in a daring operation in the southern Gaza Strip.
The hostages were reunited with their families after four months in captivity and were taken to Israel for medical evaluation.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the IDF special forces responsible for the rescue.
However, there are still 134 Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, with Hamas linking their release to the end of the war, potentially buying time in the hope of U.S. intervention.
