Moreno, previously identified as Jeffrey Escalante, had a criminal history dating back to 2005.
She used an AR-15 with “Palestine” written on it during the shooting and is believed to have acted as a “lone wolf,” not part of a larger group.
The incident raises concerns about recent mass shootings involving individuals identifying as transgender or non-binary, highlighting a broader societal issue.
