Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos, recently celebrated her 40th birthday in prison at FPC Bryan.
She was joined by her parents, partner Billy Evans, and their children.
Holmes is serving an 11-year and three-month sentence for defrauding investors.

Her release date is listed as September 2032.
The charges against her involved wire transfers totaling over $140 million.

Despite her legal challenges, Holmes expressed the need to work for the rest of her life to pay off legal fees.
Holmes has been excluded from participation in federal health care programs for nine decades.
