Former President Donald Trump easily won Nevada’s Republican presidential caucus, securing over 99% of the vote and all 26 delegates.

Trump said, “It was tremendous turnout. The enthusiasm of the turnout…I don’t think we’ve seen anything like it before.”

Haley said, “Nevada – it’s such a scam. They were supposed to have a primary. Trump rigged it so the GOP chairman – who’s been indicted – would go and create a caucus.”

“We knew that it was rigged from the start,” claimed Haley.

The win came after he also grabbed a significant portion of the vote in the U.S. Virgin Islands GOP caucus.

The state’s Republican primary, where Trump wasn’t on the ballot, saw his rival Nikki Haley lose to a “none of these candidates” option.

The Nevada GOP’s caucus was seen as favoring Trump, leading some candidates to skip it.

Nevada GOP chair Michael McDonald said that Haley “is not a real serious candidate.”

“The fact of the matter is she didn’t show up. She did not campaign in Nevada and neither did ‘none of the above’ and ‘none of the above’ won,” he continued.

Haley criticized the process, while Trump urged his supporters to participate in the caucus.

Trump recently said, “Your primary vote doesn’t mean anything. It’s your caucus vote. So in your state, you have both the primary and you have a caucus. Don’t worry about the primary, just do the caucus thing.”

Despite these events, Trump took aim at Haley, while she focused on upcoming primaries and fundraising efforts.
