Tucker Carlson engaged in a humorous exchange with a Russian journalist regarding his upcoming interview with Vladimir Putin.

The journalist asked about the interview, and Carlson pretended not to know who Putin was, leading to a playful back-and-forth.

“Can I ask you about your interview with Putin?” Carlson was asked.

“With who?” Carlson said.

“With Putin,” the Russian reporter said.

“I’ve heard the name, but I…” Carlson began.

“With our President Putin. With our President Putin,” the reporter pressed.

“Yeah, it sounds familiar, but I don’t think I know the name,” Carlson quipped.

Carlson announced his visit to Moscow for the interview, which will focus on the conflict in Ukraine and its international implications, and will be broadcast unedited on his website.
