American Honda Motor Co. is recalling over 750,000 vehicles in the US due to a potential issue with the front passenger seat weight sensor, which may crack and short circuit, leading to unintended air bag deployment during a crash.

The recall affects various models, including Honda Pilot, Accord, Civic sedan, CR-V, and Passport manufactured between 2020 and 2022.

This follows a previous recall in December for approximately 4.5 million vehicles worldwide due to fuel pump failure risks, impacting 2.54 million vehicles in the US.
