Patrick Mahomes Sr., father of Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, marking at least his third such arrest.
The news, just over a week before the Super Bowl LVIII, has sparked controversy on social media.
Mahomes Sr., a former professional baseball player, played 11 seasons in Major League Baseball.
