Bill Belichick has run out of NFL head coaching options after the Washington Commanders hired Dan Quinn.
Belichick, who coached the New England Patriots from 2001-2023, had interviewed with the Commanders and the Atlanta Falcons, who hired Raheem Morris.
After a challenging season with the Patriots, Belichick mutually parted ways with the team.
Following his departure, New England hired Jerod Mayo as the linebackers coach and his eventual successor.
Belichick, now without head coaching opportunities, might miss the 2024 season and could potentially wait for an opportunity in 2025.
