A man from Vienna, Ohio won a top lottery prize of $200,000 per year for 25 years.

He chose the cash option of $2.5 million after taxes and plans to build a new home and invest the rest.

The Ohio Lottery has contributed over $31 billion to education since 1974.

“I thought I was having a heart attack,” Gary said.

“I was shaking so bad, I didn’t know if I’d make it home.”
