A recent poll suggests that Taylor Swift’s endorsement could influence the upcoming presidential election, as 18 percent of voters claim they would be more likely to support a candidate backed by the singer.
The survey, conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies for Newsweek, involved 1,500 eligible voters and indicated that 17 percent would be less likely to vote for a Swift-supported candidate.
While 45 percent of respondents identified as fans of Swift, 54 percent did not.

Communications consultant James Haggerty said, “She’s influenced popular culture, sports, the economics of entire regions of the U.S..”
“So why not politics and elections?” he asked.
Although Swift has not revealed her endorsement for the upcoming election, her previous support for Joe Biden and criticism of Donald Trump on social media suggest she is unlikely to back Trump.
