The District Attorney’s office in the RICO case admitted receiving letters from the Biden White House counsel, which were focused on logistics and procedures, not aimed at obtaining evidence.
Concerns about potential coordination and political motivations behind the case have emerged, leading a judge to call for an in camera review of the letters.
There are allegations of a romantic relationship between the lead prosecutor and the District Attorney, prompting demands for a direct response from Fani Willis.
Also disclosed today: Biden DOJ did not give Jeff Rosen or Richard Donoghue permission to testify before special GA grand jury. Clark’s defense attorney wants to see that correspondence too. Judge seemed less inclined to permit that request.

“So obviously my plan with this was to allow the state an opportunity to respond before setting a hearing date,” Judge Scott McAfee said.
“Early February would be the soonest that would happen.”
“Sources close to both the special prosecutor and the district attorney have confirmed they had an ongoing, personal relationship,” the court documents noted.
A hearing is scheduled to examine these allegations, and the DA’s office is expected to respond through appropriate court filings.
