Jay Leno has filed for a conservatorship over his wife, Mavis Leno’s estate due to her dementia diagnosis.
The court documents state that her condition renders her incapable of executing the estate plan, and Leno seeks to create a trust to ensure her care.
The plan also includes provisions for Mavis’s brother, who is her sole living heir aside from Jay.
A hearing on the matter is scheduled for April 9.
