Anigar Monsee, a 28-year-old woman from southeastern Pennsylvania, has been charged with multiple counts of aggravated animal cruelty for filming and uploading videos of herself torturing and killing animals to her YouTube channel.
The accused allegedly produced and distributed at least four videos involving the killing of frogs, a rabbit, a pigeon, and a chicken.
Monsee was located and arrested after PETA gathered clues from comments on her channel and videos.
