Vandalized Israeli hostage posters at Harvard University have been found with antisemitic messages, including “Israel did 9/11” and defaced images of Israeli hostages.

The Harvard University Police Department is investigating the incident, and Harvard’s Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is looking into the matter.

The school has faced recent antisemitic scandals, and there is ongoing concern about rising anti-Jew rhetoric on college campuses in the U.S.

“The University strongly condemns the senseless and horrific vandalization on Harvard’s campus of posters displaying the faces of Israeli hostages,” a Harvard spokesperson stated.

This incident follows a congressional hearing where the ousted Harvard president and others declined to address advocacy for the genocide of Jews on campus, and student groups signed a pro-terror statement after a terrorist attack against Israel.
