Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel emphasized the need to rally behind former President Donald Trump following Nikki Haley’s loss in New Hampshire.
Despite Haley’s determination to continue in South Carolina, McDaniel believes it’s time to support Trump as the eventual nominee.
Haley’s campaign, while focused on South Carolina, faces the challenge of not being in contention for delegates in the upcoming Nevada nominating contest.

“I’m looking at the map and the path going forward, and I don’t see it for Nikki Haley,” McDaniel said.
“Nikki Haley took on the political elites when she ran for governor of South Carolina, and she’s ready to do the same thing again,” campaign spokeswoman Olivia Perez-Cubas said.
“South Carolina voters elected Nikki twice thanks to her conservative record of creating jobs, cutting taxes, and combating illegal immigration. They know that Nikki will always fight for them — not the D.C. establishment,” she said.
