Mary Trump believes that her uncle, Donald Trump, can be defeated in the 2024 election, especially given certain cracks in his support.
She points to a recent poll showing that a significant portion of Republicans supporting Trump’s rival, Nikki Haley, would switch their vote to President Joe Biden if Trump became the GOP nominee.
Mary Trump sees this as a potential tipping point, suggesting that Biden could have more support from Democrats than Donald would have from Republicans in a close election.
“Cracks in Donald’s support” made Mary “more sure than ever that I know exactly how we can defeat him together,” she said.

“If this trend continues, President Biden will have more support from Democrats than Donald will have among Republicans.”
Despite acknowledging Donald Trump’s increased danger, she also sees him as more vulnerable than ever.
“In a close election, that could be enough to tip the scales against Donald’s winning,” she said.
