Nikki Haley, after losing the New Hampshire primary to Donald Trump, openly criticized his potential nomination and challenged him to a debate.
Despite her loss, she plans to continue her campaign, focusing on South Carolina and Super Tuesday.
Although her supporters remain optimistic, some question her chances, especially considering her trailing position in South Carolina.
“Trump got out there and just threw a temper tantrum…I know that’s what he does was he’s insecure. I know that’s what he does when he is threatened, and he should feel threatened.”

“This is not your typical victory speech, but let’s not have somebody take a victory when she had a very bad night,” Trump said, noting that “you can’t let people get away with bull—-” and made fun of he for wearing a “fancy dress that probably wasn’t so fancy.”
Haley’s team is remaining committed to a prolonged struggle for the nomination, facing strong opposition from Trump’s camp.
“If she comes out of this with 45% to 50%,” Haley donor Eric Jostrom said. “She’s not gonna die.”
