A judge has ordered the unsealing of a divorce case involving Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s top prosecutor, Nathan Wade, who was hired to help prosecute former President Donald Trump.
The case is significant due to the potential revelation of an alleged “improper” relationship between Willis and Wade, which could impact the prosecution of Trump.
Joycelyn Wade’s attorney wrote that Willis “was an intended travel partner for at least some of these trips as indicated by flights he purchased for her to accompany him.”

The divorce case also includes allegations of misuse of county funds for luxury vacations and questions about coordination with the White House.
There are plans for a Georgia Senate investigative committee to probe alleged corruption within the case.
