President Joe Biden utilized an unexpected source, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, to criticize Donald Trump in a recent attack ad.
Trump mistakenly claimed that Haley was in charge of security at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, to which Haley clarified that she was not in office at that time.
Biden’s camp incorporated this incident into a new video highlighting other instances where Trump appeared confused.
I don’t agree with Nikki Haley on everything, but we agree on this much: She is not Nancy Pelosi. pic.twitter.com/hjNgmcrwAP

“I don’t agree with Nikki Haley on everything,” Biden said. “But we agree on this much: She is not [former House Speaker] Nancy Pelosi.”
“I wasn’t in office then,” Haley had said. “They’re saying he got confused.”
