The House Oversight Committee released transcripts from its interview with Georges Bergès, Hunter Biden’s art gallerist, revealing that wealthy Democrat donors were responsible for the majority of Hunter’s art sales.
Bergès disclosed that Hunter wanted to know the identities of the art purchasers, and confirmed that Kevin Morris, who visited the White House, bought most of Hunter’s art for $875,000.
Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, a significant donor to Democratic campaigns, purchased Hunter’s artwork and was later appointed to a prestigious commission by President Biden.

“Hunter Biden wanted to know who was purchasing his art when he first started with you?” House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan asked.
“That was the initial contract, correct,” Bergès said.
Bergès also stated that Hunter’s name influenced the high prices of his art, and confirmed interactions with President Biden, including a personal invitation to a White House wedding.
