U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan shut down a MAGA adviser, Boris Epshteyn, who attempted to interrupt E. Jean Carroll’s defamation trial against Donald Trump.

Despite Epshteyn’s claim of being a member of the New York State Bar, Kaplan swiftly dismissed the interruption.

Trump’s legal team has expressed dissatisfaction with Epshteyn, with reports indicating that his presence led to the departure of a former Trump lawyer due to power struggles within the team.

“Are you a member of the bar of this court?” Kaplan pressed Epshteyn.

“I’m a member of the New York State Bar,” Ephsteyn said.

“Alright, then please have a seat.”
