Former President Donald Trump advised House Republicans to not support any border deal that is less than “perfect,” emphasizing the need to halt the “invasion” of people into the country.

Trump wrote, “I do not think we should do a Border Deal, at all, unless we get EVERYTHING needed to shut down the INVASION of Millions & Millions of people, many from parts unknown, into our once great, but soon to be great again, Country!”

“Also, I have no doubt that our wonderful Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, will only make a deal that is PERFECT ON THE BORDER,” he continued.

“Remember, without Strong Borders and Honest Elections, we don’t have a Country!!!” Trump added.

He also praised Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, expressing confidence in his ability to negotiate a perfect border deal.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich echoed similar sentiments, urging House Republicans to stand firm and prioritize a real border bill over passing aid to Ukraine.

Gingrich said, “I hope the House Republicans stand firm and tell the Senate Republicans, ‘We want a real border bill or nothing.'”

“‘And we’re not going to pass the aid to Ukraine without taking care of the American border,’” suggested Gingrich.

Gingrich said, “The American border is at least as important to Americans as the Ukrainian border.”

“I’m also really, really alarmed at the sheer numbers that Biden has brought into this country and the total dishonesty of their program,” he exclaimed.

“The Senate Republicans ought to side with the House Republicans, hang very tough. The country is totally fed up with the border,” said Gingrich.

“Our goal should be: Not a single person crosses the border without being inspected,” insisted Gingrich.

Gingrich emphasized the importance of protecting the American border and criticized the Biden administration’s approach to immigration.

He also highlighted the need for Senate Republicans to support the House Republicans’ stance on the border, emphasizing the public’s frustration with the current situation.
