Sean “Diddy” Combs has settled a lawsuit with Diageo, withdrawing his legal action against the spirits company.

As part of the settlement, Diageo now owns Ciroc vodka and DeLeon tequila outright and has no ongoing business relationship with Combs.

The lawsuit, filed in May, alleged that Diageo failed to fulfill promised investments in the brands and treated them as inferior “urban” products.

Combs and Diageo wrote in a joint statement, that they “have now agreed to resolve all disputes between them.”

Combs also accused Diageo of racism, claiming that race was a factor in limited distribution to “urban” neighborhoods, but Diageo denied these allegations.

Additionally, Combs’ reputation was affected by a lawsuit from R&B singer Cassie, which was settled a few days after it was filed.
