Marie-Jo Gordo, a former Florida art teacher, faces allegations of engaging in sexual activity with her former eighth-grade student.
More than 28 videos were found depicting these acts, leading to charges of sexually exploiting a minor and federal child pornography.
Gordo pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to appear in court.
The incidents took place across three counties, and Gordo had been employed at an Orange County school before resigning and subsequently being hired at another school in the same county.
