Disney CEO Bob Iger received a $31.6 million compensation package in 2023, marking a significant increase from the previous year.
His package included a base salary, stock awards, stock options, performance-based compensation, and other compensation.
Iger returned to lead Disney in 2022 after retiring, while his successor, Bob Chapek, received $9.9 million in total pay despite leaving the company.
