Biden Gaffe: US Does Not Support Taiwan Independence

U.S. President Joe Biden stated that the United States does not support the independence of Taiwan, following the victory of the ruling party in Taiwan’s presidential elections.

The U.S. has unofficial relations with Taiwan and remains its most important backer and arms supplier.
