A United Airlines flight from Sarasota to Chicago made an emergency landing in Tampa due to a possible issue with a door.
The Airbus A319 landed safely, and the problem was addressed before the flight continued.
The diversion was precautionary, and the plane carried 123 passengers and five crew members.
According to a United spokesperson, the flight diverted to Tampa, “as a precaution … to address a possible mechanical issue. The flight landed safely and later re-departed after the issue was addressed.”
