Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) expressed strong support for unrestricted abortion access, stating that she is “pro-life for two seconds after you’re born until you are able to take care of yourself.”
She criticized the “Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act,” calling it “corporate welfare” and accused Republicans of being disingenuous.
Moore’s stance on abortion has been influenced by her personal experiences, including working at an abortion clinic and having an abortion herself. (Trending: Anthony Fauci Questioned About Evidence Behind COVID Restrictions)

“We’re talking about a pro-birth bill here today, not pro-life. Because if we were talking about a pro-life bill, we’d be talking about the day after Junior was born,” said Moore.
“Now, I just want to establish my expertise on this subject,” Moore continued.
The lawmaker recalled holding “the hands of women who went through an abortion because of circumstances in their lives that didn’t provide them with the opportunity to give birth at that time in their lives.”
“And so I can tell you, I’m pro-life for two seconds after you’re born until you are able to take care of yourself. I’m not just pro-birth,” she added.
Moore has also been involved in controversy related to her son’s felony charge and has been vocal about election interference allegations against former President Donald Trump.
