Police responded to a bomb threat at the home of Judge Arthur F. Engoron, who was presiding over Donald Trump’s $370 million civil trial.
The bomb squad was called to investigate, and it was reported that the threat might delay the trial’s closing arguments.
This incident follows similar false reports of violence at the homes of the Department of Justice special counsel and another judge involved in Trump’s cases.
The police reported receiving an emergency call at approximately 5 a.m. ET, according to CNBC.
.@chrislhayes: You have to consider that we are already living with a version of Trump's immunity argument in America today.
