The Fulton County, Georgia prosecutor allegedly had an improper romantic relationship with a special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, who met with the Biden White House twice while investigating former President Trump’s alleged election interference.
Court documents suggest that Wade billed the county for these meetings.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn wrote, “Fani Willis’ alleged romantic partner/special prosecutor coordinated with the White House while building the political prosecution of Donald Trump.”
“All on the taxpayer dime,” she continued.
MAGA Inc. spokesperson Karoline Leavitt, said, “It has become increasingly clear that the Biden White House is directing these baseless, political prosecutions against President Trump because they know they cannot beat him fair and square at the ballot box.”
“This latest news about Fani Willis is disturbing yet sadly unsurprising,” added the spokesperson.
The revelations have led to calls for the disqualification of the district attorney’s office from prosecuting the case.
These developments emerged in a motion filed on behalf of a co-defendant in the case, seeking to have the charges dismissed.
Former President Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
