Donald Trump urged his supporters in Iowa not to be complacent and to turn out for the caucuses, emphasizing the importance of their vote.
He held a pair of events in Iowa, where he also criticized the treatment of those involved in the Jan. 6 protests and made strong claims about the 2020 election.

“Bad things happen when you sit back. They’re going to say he incited an insurrection,” he quipped.
“We all know who Donald Trump is,” Biden said. “The question we have to answer is: Who are we?”
Trump also lashed out at President Joe Biden and his top Republican rivals, Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis.
“He is a danger to democracy,” Trump said of Biden. “Joe Biden’s record is an unbroken streak of weakness, incompetence, corruption, and failure.”
“That’s why Crooked Joe is staging his pathetic fearmongering campaign event in Pennsylvania today. You have to get out and vote because it sets the tone. It even sets the tone, frankly, for November.”
Despite facing criminal charges and efforts to remove him from the ballot, Trump’s supporters remain loyal, with some dismissing his legal issues as reasons not to support him.
“Sadly, the establishment losers and sellouts lagging far behind us in the Republican primary cannot be trusted on taxes, on trade, or anything else,” Trump said.
“They’ll betray you just like they betrayed me.”
