Pete Davidson’s new comedy special, “Turbo Fonzarelli,” featured several revelations.
He discussed his drug use, including being high on ketamine at Aretha Franklin’s funeral, and revealed a stalker who targeted his family.
“I was out and about like that. That’s not cool, you know? I was at funerals like that,” Davdison said.
“That’s —— up, right? I was at Aretha Franklin’s funeral like that. Yeah, I have to live with that. You know what I mean?”
“She’ll never know, but still, that’s not the point. You know what I mean?”
“It’s embarrassing,” he said of making a joke to her family.
“I was so high, I thought it’d be a good idea to go up to her family and go, ‘Hey, I’m just here to pay my R-E-S-P-E-C-T…s.'”
Additionally, he shared personal anecdotes about his mother’s private life and his attempts to find her a partner. (Trending: Clintons Scramble To Delete Embarrassing Photo, But Were Too Slow)
The special also included jokes about his childhood crush on Leonardo DiCaprio and his mother’s reluctance to date after his father’s passing.
“I thought I was gay, you know,” Davidson said. “I was wrong, but I thought, at 10, because I was obsessed with Leonardo DiCaprio, I was in love.”
“What a piece of — he was, oh my God,” Davidson quipped.
