A car crashed into a security barrier at the White House complex, leading to the arrest of the driver.

The incident occurred while President Joe Biden was traveling, so he was not at the White House at the time.

Last month, a car crashed into Biden’s motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware, resulting in the driver being charged with DUI and inattentive driving. (Trending: First Moon Mission In 50 Years Blasts Off)

“The driver has been taken into custody & we are investigating the cause & manner of the collision,” U.S. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said.

“Expect traffic implications at 15th Street & Pennsylvania Ave & adjacent intersections.”

“Following our investigation, Wilmington Police have determined that this was an accidental collision, and have charged the driver of the striking vehicle – a 46-year-old Wilmington man – with Driving a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Inattentive Driving,” Wilmington Police Department Communications Director David Karas stated.
