House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a Democrat, faced criticism for condemning “election denial” while being accused of denying election outcomes himself.
Critics pointed to instances where Jeffries questioned the legitimacy of the 2016 election and attacked the integrity of American elections.

“The more we learn about 2016 election the more ILLEGITIMATE it becomes. America deserves to know whether we have a FAKE President in the Oval Office #RussianInterference,” Jeffries said in 2018.
“This you?” Libs of TikTok account posted, showing Jeffries previous statements.
“Election fraud denial is the real sickness,” Rogan O’Handley posted. “And Truth is the cure.”
“Apparently, @RepJeffries doesn’t know that the internet is forever,” another user wrote.
“Well this is awkward,” another said.
“Communist Notes: The Democratic Party objected to the presidential election results in 2000, 2004, and 2016,” independent journalist Kyle Becker said.
Despite these accusations, the establishment media has shown limited interest in this matter.
