Jose Guadalupe Menjivar-Alas, a 37-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested and charged with killing a mother and her 16-year-old son in a drunk-driving crash in Broomfield, Colorado.

He had been deported four times and had four prior drunk driving convictions.

Despite being given leniency by a county judge days before the fatal crash, he was found to be driving drunk, going at least 80 mph, and crossing double yellow center lines. (Trending: First Moon Mission In 50 Years Blasts Off)
