Sebastian Lindsey, 23, is facing manslaughter charges after Madison Lewis, a 17-year-old girl from Texas, died from burn injuries sustained at a gathering.

Witnesses reported that Lindsey added gasoline to a fire, causing it to spread and ignite Lewis.

Instead of seeking immediate medical help, those present drove Lewis to the hospital due to fear of getting in trouble.

She was eventually flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, where she succumbed to her injuries on January 7.
