Irish musician Sinéad O’Connor, who passed away at 56, died of natural causes, as confirmed by the London Inner South Coroner’s Court.
Her family requested privacy following the announcement of her death.
“This is to confirm that Ms. O’Connor died of natural causes. The coroner has therefore ceased their involvement in her death,” the London Inner South Coroner’s Court Clerk said. (Trending: Joe Biden Sets New Presidential Record)

“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sinéad. Her family and friends are devastated and have requested privacy at this very difficult time,” O’Connor’s family stated.
O’Connor had struggled with mental health issues and had recently lost her son to suicide.
She was known for her hit single “Nothing Compares 2 U” and was an outspoken activist.
Her passing was not considered suspicious by the police.
