Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) recently acknowledged the border crisis, breaking with his party.
He expressed concerns about immigration and the need to address it effectively.

“There’s a crisis at the border,” Fetterman said. “And I don’t know how anybody could pretend that there isn’t.”
“I’m not a progressive,” Fetterman added.
“I just think I’m a Democrat that is very committed to choice and other things. But with Israel, I’m going to be on the right side of that.”
“And immigration is something near and dear to me, and I think we do have to effectively address it as well.”
President Biden has proposed a foreign aid package, but House Republicans want a comprehensive plan and have vowed to withhold funding for Ukraine until the border situation is resolved.
