Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, Mark, claims that Epstein possessed information about Donald Trump and the Clintons that could have potentially disrupted the 2016 presidential election.
Trump had flown on Epstein’s private jet multiple times, while Bill Clinton had a longstanding relationship with Epstein.
Allegations of videotapes showing compromising situations involving Trump and Clinton were made by Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate of Epstein, but no such tapes have been found. (Trending: Trump Announces Heartbreaking Melania-Related Health Update)
Clinton is not expected to be implicated in any illegal activity, and flight records support his denial of visiting Epstein’s private island.
“Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I said what I know about both candidates, they’d have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016,” Mark Epstein said.
“Well, when Jeff first took Clinton and I think it was Chris Tucker and some other people to Africa — which was a mistake my brother made by doing that, because prior to that he was under the radar; nobody was looking at him.”
“But when he flew Clinton there, it was like, ‘Who’s this guy flying Clinton?’”
“If you get the tapes on Trump, you have to do Clinton,” Maxwell said.
Mark Epstein believes his brother was murdered and does not anticipate significant revelations from the released documents.
“My brother used to have conferences on the island with noted mathematicians and scientists. So now they’re going to get smeared because they participated in one of these scientific panels?” Mark said.
“It’s not my job to defend my brother. That’s not what I’m here for. The only thing I’m looking at is the circumstances of his murder,” he added.
Both Trump and Clinton did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
