Hamas has denied allegations of rape and sexual violence during the October 7 attacks, despite evidence documented by the New York Times.

The group’s politburo member Basem Naim claimed that the reports were biased and based on indirect accounts, with no conclusive evidence of the alleged rapes.

However, the Times published extensive evidence indicating that Hamas committed such acts. (Trending: Transgender Actor ‘Purposefully Misgendered’ By Airline Employee)

Hamas politburo member Basem Naim, wrote, western news agencies are “biased to what the Israeli propaganda says [in terms of] lies and slanders against the Palestinians and their resistance.”

Naim claimed the testimonies were given by “women who said they heard other women repeating these allegations.”

Additionally, a former Israeli hostage, Mia Shem, revealed her abuse, including sexual touching during her abduction.

Hamas also reiterated its stance of not negotiating the release of over 120 Israeli hostages until Israel permanently stopped its military activity in the Gaza Strip.
