In 2023, it was predicted that Donald Trump would face criminal charges, and now he is facing four criminal cases as he runs for president in 2024.

The question for 2024 is not if Trump will be charged, but when the charges will go to trial.

The cases include federal election interference, federal classified documents and obstruction, Georgia state election interference, and New York state hush money prosecution. (Trending: Obama Judge Issues Shock Ruling Against Democrats)

The federal election interference case in Washington, D.C. poses the greatest risk to Trump, but its schedule is not fully in control.

The Manhattan case could be the first to go to a jury, as the federal election interference case is tied up on appeal.

In addition to his criminal docket, Trump also faces business fraud and defamation cases, as well as the question of his eligibility to hold office again under the 14th Amendment.
