A man, Steven Hutcherson, accused of stabbing two teenagers at Grand Central Terminal in New York City on Christmas Day, had been previously released by a judge despite a history of violence.

He allegedly attacked the teenagers after an argument with restaurant staff, making racist remarks during the assault.

“I want all the white people dead,” he yelled. (Trending: Supreme Court Shocks Jack Smith In Case Against Trump)

“I want to sit next to the crackers.”

Furthermore, he reportedly stabbed a fellow prisoner at Rikers Island.

Hutcherson had a history of arrests and encounters with law enforcement related to mental health disturbances.

The case has raised concerns about leniency in the justice system and the handling of crime in urban areas like New York City.

“If the judge had only held this individual accountable, two innocent tourists, children, may have had a Merry Christmas instead of an ‘attempted murderous’ Christmas,” a law enforcement source stated.
