SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket launched the US military’s X-37B space plane for a secretive mission, marking the first time the X-37B has hitched a ride on a Falcon Heavy.

The mission’s destination remains unknown, sparking speculation about its activities and potential orbits.

The X-37B is designed for autonomous operations in space and has previously conducted experiments such as studying radiation’s effects on seeds and relaying solar energy. (Trending: Could Taylor Swift Save Biden In 2024?)

The mission aims to continue such research, including NASA’s Seeds-2 experiment.

“I think it’s one of the most interesting things that’s happened in space in a long time, whatever it’s going to do,” COMSPOC CEO Paul Graziani said.

The spacecraft’s prolonged stay in orbit and its potential impact on the modern space race add to its intrigue.

Additionally, China launched a secretive spacecraft, with limited details available about its objectives and duration in orbit.
